8AM – Venue open for set up and skating

2PM All setup crew present by this time.

3PM: All Skaters/ Support present by this time.

4:00 ALL SKATERS AND SUPPORT PRESENT AT TRACKSIDE FOR ANNOUNCEMENTS

4:10 Run Through by announcers/Staff incl derby Demo… all systems go?

4:25PM: CAPTAIN/HEAD REF MEETING (coin toss for benches, both games)

4:40: OFFICIALS MEETING

4:40: Warm ups start

5PM DOORS OPEN **lobby doors may open early to accommodate a forming line. This will be judged day of.

4:40 – 4:55: All Skater Warm ups

4:55 – 5:05: Warm ups Team VV; Equipment check – RD

5:05 – 5:15: Warm ups Team RD; Equipment check - VV

5:15 – 5:25: Warm ups Team QS; Equipment check - UR

5:25 – 5:35: Warm ups Team UR; Equipment check - QS

5:35 – 5:45: All skater warm-up

5:45 - 5:50 Bout 1 TEAMS TO TRACK

BOUT BEGINS

5:50 - 6:00 DERBY DEMO by the Wreckers

6:00 – 6:05 Team announcements/ Announce refs

6:05 – 6:10 National Anthem Flute Ensemble – Dutch Oven, Flute Loop, Elle Machete, Hot-ta-Trotsky, Hello Sailor, Sushi Q

6:10 – 6:40 1st bout of first half (VV v. RD)

6:40 – 6:50 Intermission 1 –Safe Harbor Talk, Mini-mascot intro, announce the sweater

contest for second intermission

6:50 – 7:20 2nd half of first bout (VV v. RD)

**7:15 – or 5 minutes before end of bout, volunteers set up the VV and RD autograph tables

Bout 1 Teams to Autograph Tables

7:20 – 7:30 Half time Madtown Breakers

7:35 - 7:40 Halftime warm ups for 2nd bout teams (QS v. UR)

7:40 – 8:10 1st half of second bout (QS v. UR)

8:10 – 8:20 Intermission2 - Sweater Contest

8:20 – 8:50 2nd half of second bout (QS v. UR)

**8:45 – or 5 minutes before end of bout, volunteers set up the QS and UR autograph tables
